Bri's Cake Creations Ordering Guidelines

Ordering Time Frames:

Regular Cakes: Please place your order at least 3 days in advance.
Sculpted and Wedding Cakes: Orders should be placed 2 weeks in advance to allow for detailed crafting.
Elaborate Wedding Cakes: For more intricate designs, we require 1 month's notice.

Payment and Design:

Payment: Orders must be paid in full on the day of placement. Design work will not commence until payment is received.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your cake, we offer a 15% refund.

Design Accuracy:

We strive to recreate the cake designs as closely as possible to the images you provide. However, please understand that exact replicas are not possible.

Delivery:

Fee: Delivery charges are calculated based on distance.
Timing: Please ensure payment is made on the same day you place your order to avoid delays.
