To ensure that your experience is as delightful and seamless as our cakes, please take a moment to review our comprehensive ordering guidelines below. These guidelines are designed to provide clarity and facilitate a smooth ordering process, guaranteeing the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Ordering Time Frames:
- Regular Cakes: Kindly place your order at least 6 Days in Advanced to ensure availability and timely preparation.
- Sculpted and Wedding Cakes: To allow for detailed crafting and customization, please submit your order 2 weeks in advanced.
- Elaborate Wedding Cakes: For intricate and highly detailed designs, a 1 month's notice is required to guaranteed the upmost quality and precision.
Payment:
- Payment: Full Payment is required at the time of order placement. Please note that design work will only commence once the payment has been received and processed. We do not hold spots, if we do not receive the payment at the moment of ordering, we do not guarantee the availability for the designated date. If the order was submitted but the payment not confirmed, we won't create the order until confirmed.
- Refunds: Customer Satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your cake, we offer a 30% refund. Please contact us immediately to discuss any concerns.
- Methods: We do accept, Visa, Mastercard, Credit, Debit, Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Tap to Pay.
Design Accuracy:
- We are dedicated to closely replicating the cake designs from the images and specifications you provide. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our cakes, please note that exact replicas may not always be possible. Rest assured, we aim for the highest level of accuracy and quality in every creation.
Delivery:
- Fee: Delivery Fees are determined based on the distance to the delivery location (starting at $20)
- Timing: To ensure timely delivery, please make the payment on the same day you place your order.
Special Offers:
- Payment Plans: For Wedding and Quinceañeras cakes exceeding $400, we offer flexible payment plans. Please note: The full payment must be received/completed at least one week prior the event.
